Quality Assurance Associate

To support the successful qualification and implementation of new products, materials, and changes by coordinating cross-functional projects, manufacturing trials, and validation activities. The role ensures compliance with quality, regulatory, and business requirements while contributing to product lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Quality Assurance Manager.

Position:

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will:

• Lead NPD, product change, and material qualification projects.
• Coordinate product and material trials, evaluate results, and support implementation decisions.
• Manage product and material changes in line with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, SRA, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support qualification, validation, risk assessment, and supplier approval activities.
• Analyze data, identify risks, and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure timely project execution, stakeholder alignment, and effective change management.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Contribute to product quality, manufacturing, and lifecycle management improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development, Process Engineering, or a similar function.
• Experience in manufacturing trials, product/material implementation, and project management.
• Knowledge of qualification, validation, risk assessment, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office applications.
• PLM knowledge and FMCG/highly regulated industry experience are considered advantages.
