Production Planning Associate (Temporary for 2 years)

The Production Planning Associate plays a key role in turning demand forecasts into clear and executable production plans. This role ensures that production in Make & Pack, Filter, and Tobacco Processing runs smoothly by balancing customer demand, inventory targets, and operational constraints.

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Production Planning Manager.

Position:

As a Production Planning Associate, you will:

• Prepare and manage short-term, mid-term, and long‑term production plans for finished goods, filters, and tobacco processing.
• Translate sales forecasts and orders into realistic production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of finished and semi‑finished goods and take proactive actions when targets are at risk.
• Review demand changes in planning systems and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Coordinate and communicate plan changes with production teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain production planning master data (e.g. routings, production versions, resources).
• Support capacity planning, workload balancing, and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• University degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with SAP is preferred, strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good command of English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with a detail oriented and solution focused mindset.
• Ability to work proactively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
