If you're a 2026 graduate eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact, join our People & Culture Team for an exciting 11-month development experience designed to accelerate your career and broaden your horizons.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduated in 2026 from Business Administration or a related field
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other digital productivity tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interested in AI tools and new ways of working
• Eager to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
• Available for a full-time, 11-month fixed-term contract

What You'll Do

You will gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and support key initiatives within our People & Culture Department while developing valuable professional skills.

In this role, you will:

• Support day-to-day departmental activities and project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Assist in planning, coordination, and communication activities
• Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance employee experience and business processes
• Learn from experienced professionals while building your capabilities in a dynamic business environment

You'll be part of a collaborative team, working on real projects that make an impact while exploring your potential and accelerating your professional growth.
