Management Trainee (Yönetici Adayı)

Within the Management Trainee Program, you will be supporting primarily the Production Department. The objective is to be fully equipped with production and engineering skills and to be assessed for further management roles.

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to the Production Director.

Position:

• • Learning all aspects of Production Processes
  • Participate in training, coaching and development activities to become a potential resource for rotational assignments within the company
  • Contribute to projects aligned with individual strengths and interests, defined together with the business
  • Participate in learning and development programs

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good project management skills and a structured approach to project work
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and information and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
