Position: Sales Field Trainee

Location: Ankara, Adana, Bursa, Denizli, Istanbul Avrupa & Asya, Izmir, Manisa

Duration: 6–8 weeks (July – September)

The FutureFlow Internship Program at JTI offers university students a unique opportunity to experience field sales in a global company. As a Field Sales Intern, you will join our sales teams and spend time in the field together with distributor teams, gaining first-hand experience in how sales strategies are executed in the market. This internship will give you real exposure to customer relationships, retail dynamics, and sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor’s students, or 4th year students with compulsory internship
  • Curious minds with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicators with teamwork skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and field-based environment
  • Interested in sales, retail, and market dynamics

 

What You’ll Do

  • Join field visits with sales representatives and distributor teams
  • Work closely with distributor sales teams
  • Learn how sales strategies are implemented in the market
  • Support monitoring of product availability and in-store visibility
  • Gain insights into trade marketing and sales operations
  • Learn how sales strategies turn into real market results
