IT Business Solutions Manager

As an IT Business Solutions Manager, you will have two primary areas of responsibility: Geographical Solutions Delivery and Regional Data & Analytics. You will support, enhance, and continuously improve a portfolio of applications and digital solutions across assigned markets, while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver scalable, value-driven technology solutions.

This position is based in Izmir and reports to the Cluster Digital & Information Technology Manager.

Position:

You will be responsible for:

• Support, enhance, and continuously improve a portfolio of applications and digital solutions across assigned markets.
• Drive standardization, operational efficiency, and service excellence in line with global D&IT strategies, standards, and frameworks.
• Act as the primary technology partner for Sales and Marketing, building strong stakeholder relationships and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to demand management, capability planning, and delivery of initiatives aligned with business and technology roadmaps.
• Manage third-party vendors and external resources, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, project deliverables, and budget expectations are achieved.
• Lead localization and deployment of centralized systems, including solution design, project planning, execution, data migration, testing, change management, training, and go-live support.
• Identify, shape, lead, and deliver data-driven initiatives that address measurable business challenges and create tangible value.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to develop solutions involving AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
• Identify, evaluate, and enable adoption of emerging AI technologies with practical applications for decision-making, innovation, engagement, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with JTI governance standards, project management methodologies, security requirements, and J-SOX controls.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in AI, data science, analytics, or business administration is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in D&IT, data and analytics, business solutions, project delivery, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Data Science, AI and Machine Learning concepts, methods, opportunities, limitations, and lifecycle management practices
• Proven experience implementing Data Science, AI and Machine Learning projects.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Consumer, or Customer functions, preferably in FMCG or another complex multinational environment
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology or data initiatives
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and translating commercial priorities into technology and data solutions
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, delivery risks, and operational transitions across geographically distributed teams
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with native Turkish proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Power Platform, and associated enterprise data services (strong plus)
