IT Business Solutions Analyst

Position:

As an IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:

• Act as a key connection between business teams and IT, understanding their needs and helping translate them into effective technology solutions
• Support business transformation by identifying improvement opportunities and managing IT change requests in line with company processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with IT standards
• Participate in the design, implementation, and rollout of IT solutions (e.g. SAP, BI tools, digital platforms), ensuring smooth delivery and minimal business disruption
• Support project activities including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and support business continuity planning

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or related roles
• Experience working in multinational environments; FMCG exposure is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with at least two of the following areas:
• Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Cloud / SaaS solutions
• Mobile applications
• Digital business solutions
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Good understanding of solution design, implementation, and IT project support
• Good English
