Qualifications and Job Description

Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment?
We’re looking for curious, motivated, and forward-thinking individuals to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Department team for an exciting 11-month development journey.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2025 or January 2026 in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Eager to build a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Interested in pursuing a career in Finance
• Comfortable with financial reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Curious about business operations and translating financial data into actionable insights
• Willing to engage with stakeholders and gain hands-on exposure to commercial and operational activities
• Open to a full-time, 11-month contract opportunity

Note: For male candidates, military service should be deferred for at least two years.
