Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

You will be responsible for Turkiye and N. Cyprus markets Operational Company Contribution (OCC) Management, Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Legal entities as part of the Agile team. Within the context, you will accurately and timely prepare the annual budgets, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, tax & pricing proposals, and business cases analysis at both Management and Reported FX. You will act as a business partner to executives across the company, supporting them with financial analysis to help them manage the business and make operational decisions.

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Financial Planning & Analysis Lead.

Position:

As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

Market OCC management

• Planning for business planning cycles and Actuals Reporting
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Pricing and excise analysis

Entity Plannign and Reporting

• Perform analysis of actual entity P&L, BS and planning
• Capital contribution requirement assessment
• Impairment testing analysis
• Transfer pricing
• Close cooperation with Tax and Treasury departments on respective topics

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably MBA or equivalent educational background
• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Relevant experience in FMCG commercial finance and financial planning areas
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
• Knowledge of SAP, GPM and advanced level of MS Office applications
• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis, IFRS Accounting, and Statutory Accounting knowledge
