Export Customer Service Associate
(Temporary, 8 months)
You will be responsible for coordinating export shipment operations and ensuring accurate and timely export document preparation while supporting a high level of customer service for global and local stakeholders.
The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Export Customer Service Manager.
Position:
As an Export Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing export shipment requests from global and local stakeholders and preparing shipment plans to ensure the on-time shipment of finished and semi-finished products, tobacco, spare parts, machinery, and non-tobacco materials.
- Preparing all required export and shipping documents to ensure smooth and timely customs operations and compliance with customer and global requirements
- Serving as the primary point of contact for planning and shipment related subjects for export customers
- Collaborating closely with production planning, warehouse, and other teams to convert operational information into shipment plans and daily loading instructions
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
