Customer Services Associate

You will be mainly responsible for executing all accounting activities related with account receivables (order entry, invoicing,collections,reporting such as; sales unit, aging and collection analysis etc, I/C billings, returns, trade allowances and  revenue recognition) as well as managing customer services, keeping and supervising accounting records, reconcilations and accounts receivable processes of the Company (ies) in conformity with Turkish statutory regulations, IFRS, Anti Money Laundry (AML), JTI policies&procedures, JSOX and internal control requirements. 

The position will be based in Izmir, Torbali and will be reporting to Customer Services Manager within Finance Department.

Position:

As the Customer Services Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Keeping and processing master data records.
• Keeping and supervising accounting records and accounts receivable processes of JTI Turkey.
• Keeping J-SOX and internal controls up to date.
• Assistance to Finance Controlling  Manager regarding the requests of legal authorities.
• Credit management activities and reporting such as aging, collection, letter of guarentees etc.
• Executing related SAP tests and e-transition activities such as e-delivery, e-invoice, e-ledger etc. 

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or other similar sciences
• Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience preferably in a multinational company
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge
• Familiar SAP/HANA will be asset
