People & Culture Business Partner Manager, GSC
This role serves as a strategic partner to the business, contributing to talent planning, workforce decisions, employee engagement, capability-building initiatives, and the effective execution of people processes. As an individual contributor, the role collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive organizational initiatives, ensure compliance and ISO audit readiness, manage employee relations matters, and foster a fair, productive, and high-performing work environment.
As the P&C BP Manager for Production, you will:
- Assist the Head of P&C Business Partnering for GSC in serving as a trusted people partner to operational leaders within an IWS environment and support the functional managers in day-to-day business partnering assistance on core processes, workforce matters, and employee-related decisions.
- Assist the Head of P&C Business Partnering in talent sourcing, assessment, promotions, transfers, talent-to-value decisions, and succession planning to strengthen organization talent value.
- Partner with the LM and function leaders in driving loss elimination by aligning organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development with business priorities.
- Facilitate the embedding of people practices into daily management systems (DMS), standard work, and team routines in line with the Factory P&C BP agenda.
- Contribute to driving employee engagement, policy awareness, leadership effectiveness, organizational pillar initiativ es, and change adoption through active stakeholder partnership.
- Coordinate the identification and delivery of training and growth needs for employees, while ensuring the maintenance of ISO audit standards, documentation readiness, and compliance requirements.
- Promote employee relations, compliance and culture-building initiatives to foster a fair, productive, and performance-driven workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including performance managerment, change management, and employee communications
- Good English communication skills is a plus
- Functional skills:
- Strong HR business partnering skills with knowledge of talent management, employee relations, compliance, training needs, and ISO audit readiness
- Effective stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability with understanding of manufacturing practices
- Using and presenting data to make business decisions
- Management of cross-functional projects and inititiatives
