Marketing & Insights Analyst
We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join JTI Israel as a Marketing & Insights Analyst, based in Israel.
The role actively contributes to business growth and strategic direction by leading research initiatives, delivering high-quality data analysis, and generating actionable consumer and market insights.
The role supports new product development (NPD), portfolio strategy, and business planning by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information that enables informed decision-making and drives consumer-centric innovation.
Position:
As Marketing & Insights Analyst, you will:
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research projects to uncover consumer behaviour patterns, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyse sales, retail audit, and consumer data using tools such as StoreNext, Power BI, and internal databases to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of new product initiatives (NPD) by identifying market opportunities and evaluating product performance.
- Maintain and update key marketing dashboards and performance trackers; deliver both regular and ad hoc analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Managers, Supply Chain, Legal, and R&D to ensure research and innovation plans are aligned and effectively executed.
- Support marketing budget tracking, including PO/GR processes, and assist in reforecasting efforts.
- Monitor consumer complaints in collaboration with internal teams and provide insights to help prevent recurrence and enhance consumer experience.
Within 6 months, you will:
- Build strong knowledge of the nicotine category and key market trends.
- Lead end-to-end research projects and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Support NPD and portfolio decisions through data analysis and market understanding.
- Own and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide insights on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis (FMCG experience – an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into insights.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with StoreNext, Power BI or similar tools – a plus.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Curious, proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in NPD processes or working with cross-functional teams – an advantage.
