FP&A MANAGER

 

 

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join JTI GreCyMa as an FP&A Manager, based in Israel. The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Finance lead and the Local ExCom Team by ensuring accurate planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance. Acting as a business partner, this role drives financial performance, strengthens controls, and supports decision-making across the organization.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Ensure achievement of financial targets by monitoring performance, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions when needed (e.g. accrual management, proactive tracing of invoices, budget reviews).
  • Deliver effective and timely delivery of all actual and forecast/planning updates (ASP, LE, OL,Memo, PMM, SPC, AP&SP, etc.), ensuring accuracy & consistency of data submissions.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis of actual performance, including volumes, P&L, variances, and business drivers, with actionable roadmaps.
  • Ensure an effective Control Environment, by monitoring and enforcing full compliance with Corporate Operating Guidelines and Policies and Procedures with the ability to develop/request to develop local Policies & Procedures, as well as processes and reporting tools, whenever required.
  • Ensure effective and efficient local processes by monitoring performance, identifying weaknesses and improvement areas, and proactively implementing corrective actions. Responsibilities extend to investment evaluations for new launches, pricing initiatives, and packaging changes (BAP/Memos).
  • Develop and enhance processes and reporting tools to deliver accurate, timely, and business-focused information and analysis. Provide support to local ExCom and Regional Management in driving financial and non-financial targets and KPIs, with accountability for Industry Revenue analysis.

 

 

Within 6 months, you will:

 

  • Gain full ownership of local FP&A processes and planning/reporting cycles.
  • Deliver accurate monthly actuals submission and variance analysis to Corporate and Regional teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with local business functions and ExCom members, becoming a trusted advisor on financial performance and planning.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a related role, ideally within an multinational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent. Master’s degree & professional qualifications (e.g., Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CFA) are considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, planning cycles, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP & Priority
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Customer-oriented mindset; flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and professional level of Hebrew.
