DIGITAL MANAGER
Position
Responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of Digital Marketing (B2B and B2C) in line with JTI business objectives and strategies across all available digital touchpoints in short- and long-term perspective. Building 360° digital approach via Omni channels customization by creating one digital Eco-system. Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment, working effectively with Brand, Sales, Consumer Strategy, Legal, and Global teams.
Form and manage the digital activation plan by delivering digital activation tools to achieve engagement and the desired image among the target audience. Collaborating with digital agencies, Brand Management, Consumer Strategy team, and headquarters functions to ensure alignment, consistency in brand equity building, and effective KPIs delivery.
Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy & Consumer Journey Development: Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end digital strategy, including acquisition, retention programs, content funnels, automated journeys, and personalization.
• Brand Pages & Digital Assets Management (B2C & B2B): Manage ongoing content, brand pages, loyalty programs, and B2B digital platforms while supporting brand campaigns with digital execution.
• CRM & Salesforce Management: Maintain CRM and Salesforce operations, including data management, segmentation, data integrity, and implementation of data-driven consumer journeys.
• Digital Tools & Product Development: Define, plan, and implement new digital tools (games, quizzes, landing pages), collaborating with developers and designers while ensuring QA and UX excellence.
• Community Management & Data Analysis: Drive consumer growth and engagement through community activities, monitor digital performance KPIs, and extract actionable insights from ongoing data analysis.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Manage digital, creative, and development agencies, overseeing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional project execution from concept to launch.
• Digital Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership to the digital team, including goal setting, task prioritization, professional guidance, performance oversight, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- University degree in business and/or marketing. Knowledge of marketing and digital marketing principles, including leading trends and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, with knowledge of media management and media budgets.
- Fluent English & Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Digital marketing tools proficiency, with a solid professional understanding of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other performance and measurement tools, enabling effective oversight, evaluation, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, including WordPress and other web content management tools.
- CRM system proficiency, with hands-on experience in Salesforce (data management, segmentation, automation).
- Proven track record in managing and creating performance-based campaigns, combined with strong analytical capabilities.
- Strong technical and digital proficiency, including SEO, SEM, web analytics, tracking, and attribution.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, including user flow optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems and implementation of automated consumer journeys.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and touchpoints.
- Project management skills, including prioritization, deadline management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Leadership and team management skills, including guiding team members, defining priorities, providing feedback, and ensuring effective workflow execution.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable digital solutions.
