Demand Planner and Supply Associate

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join JTI Israel as a Demand Planner and Supply Associate, based in Israel.

Demand Planning & Supply Chain Associate is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning operations for Israel. Including stock control and regulatory planning. It enables stronger market visibility, regulatory compliance and optimized inventory management across the market.

What will you do - Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control demand and stock requirement in coordinating with Factories.
• Lead and provide an 18 months forecast on production (for FABS) and overview and monitor the orders of purchases. All aligned with commercial plans.
• Act as a local contact point for QMS (Quality FABS) communication, documentation updates and readiness according to timelines.
• Lead all forecasts to stock activities
• Work in a cross functional environment with Logistics, finance etc. 

Who are we looking for – Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or production planning (experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage)
• Proven experience working with forecasting, demand planning, and stock control across multiple stakeholders

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred) and planning tools
• Advanced Excel skills - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership
• Well-organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

Languages: English – fluent (written and spoken) - Must

Hebrew – fluent - Must
