Demand Planner and Supply Associate

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join JTI Israel as a Demand Planner and Supply Associate, based in Israel.

Demand Planning & Supply Chain Associate is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning operations for Israel, including stock control and regulatory planning. The roles enables stronger market visibility, regulatory compliance and optimized inventory management across the market.

Position

As the Demand Planner and Supply Associate, you will:  

• Plan and control demand and stock requirement in coordinating with Factories.
• Lead and provide an 18 months forecast on production (for factories) and overview and monitor the orders of purchases, all aligned with commercial plans.
• Act as a local contact point for Quality Management Systems (Quality teams from factories) communication, documentation updates and readiness according to timelines.
• Lead all forecasts to stock activities
• Work in a cross functional environment with Logistics, finance and other departments

Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or production planning (experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage)
• Proven experience working with forecasting, demand planning, and stock control across multiple stakeholders

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred) and planning tools
• Advanced Excel skills - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership
• Well-organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

Languages:

• English – fluent (written and spoken) - Must
• Hebrew – fluent - Must
