Treasury Manager Caucasus
What will you do – Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient cash and liquidity management across all entities, maintaining optimal funding levels to support business operations
- Monitor daily cash positions and prepare accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Estimate cash position and financing requirements during planning cycles; ensure proper financing is in place when needed
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on liquidity, cash flow, debt, and FX exposure positions
- Build strategic partnerships with banks to secure favorable terms and reliable service
- Supervise currency control for export/import operations in line with legislative requirements
- Maintain and supervise the credit management process (credit limits, bank guarantees, reporting, timely approvals)
- Contribute to risk management activities (insurance packs, policy adjustments)
- Provide treasury expertise in business initiatives, system implementations, and Group Treasury projects
- Lead and develop Treasury Analyst within the Cluster
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
- University degree in Economics or Finance (professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, CIMA are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury Manager role, Banking, or Corporate Finance (international company experience is a plus)
- Upper-intermediate level in English language knowledge, Russian as a plus
- Advanced Excell and SAP skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Business-minded with ability to understand end-to-end treasury and business flows
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment
