People & Culture (HR) Trainee
We’re looking for an active, curious, and creative trainee who is genuinely interested in HR and working with people. You’ll be part of the People & Culture team that makes our workplace more welcoming, supportive, and inspiring every day.
👀 What you will do
- Support daily P&C operations and small projects
- Help keep the office running smoothly (supplies, logistics, vendor coordination)
- Assist in organizing employee activities, trainings and events
- Support recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Work on internal communications: presentations, emails, internal posts
- Join ad-hoc projects that improve the employee experience
📚 What we are looking for
- Student or recent graduate (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field)
- Fluency in English + local language
- Strong interest in HR, good organization skills, attention to detail
- Proactive, communicative, eager to learn
⏱ Traineeship format
- 4 hours per day, flexible schedule
- Real hands-on experience - not coffee runs
- You’ll be treated as part of the team and encouraged to share ideas that matter
