Marketing (SI) Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Strategic Insight Trainee to join our Marketing team. This role offers handson experience in consumer insights, market analysis, and project coordination, providing a strong foundation for a career in marketing and strategy.

👀 What you will do

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to consumer and market trend analysis.
  • Support project coordination, including workshop materials and documentation.
  • Assist in consumer research activities: data collection and preparation of research materials.
  • Provide administrative support for projects (organizing meetings, distributing materials, following up on action items).
  • Contribute to portfolio activities by supporting product quality complaint processes.
  • Keep the brand board up to date, ensuring all relevant packs are properly arranged and displayed.
  • Manage tasks and projects in a timely manner upon manager’s request.

📚 What we are looking for

  • A student or graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence with Excel and data management tools.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to grow.
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.

 

Traineeship format

  • 4 hours per day, flexible schedule
  • Real hands-on experience - not coffee runs
  • You’ll be treated as part of the team and encouraged to share ideas that matter
