Legal Trainee

We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented, and curious trainee who is genuinely interested in law and corporate compliance. You’ll be part of the Legal team that ensures our company operates responsibly, ethically, and in line with regulations every day.

👀 What you will do 

• Support daily legal operations and small projects

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents

• Help monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing cases and projects

• Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications for the Legal team

• Join ad‑hoc projects that strengthen our company’s legal framework and risk management

📚 What we are looking for 

• A current or recently graduated law faculty student.

• Fluency in Georgian and English.

• Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, and contracts

• Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and analytical thinking

• Proactive, communicative, eager to learn and grow

⏱ Traineeship format 

• 4 hours per day, flexible schedule

• Real hands‑on experience — not coffee runs

• You’ll be treated as part of the team and encouraged to share ideas that matter
