Group FP&A Manager, Caucasus
What this position is about - Purpose:
The incumbent will be leading a team and will be responsible for planning, analysis and financial reporting processes for the Caucasus markets and entities. The position is aimed at supporting Cluster Management to align financial planning with strategic and tactical business goals and to manage multi-category performance across various key performance indicators (KPIs), including volume, revenue, profit, and Free Cash Flow.
What will you do – High-level Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning cycles ensuring cooperation across all departments.
- Support Cluster Management in building short- and long-term plans, including Market / Entity P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows in line with multi-category business strategy.
- Support by preparing financial plan presentations to both Cluster and Regional Management.
- Develop and maintain flexible, integrated financial models with scenario analysis.
- Oversee month-end closing, ensuring alignment with IFRS & JTI requirements.
- Develop and distribute financial reporting & variance analysis to Cluster and Regional Management.
- Support Cluster Management with delivery on financial goals.
- Provide analysis for planning and decision-making on pricing / excise scenarios, product related initiatives, efficiency of costs and investments.
- Assessment of NPV and FCF for projects and financials in BAP/Memo.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes through innovation and simplification.
- Manage financial aspects of manufacturing with partners and support for distribution models.
- Act as key finance advisor to business partners.
- Drive alignment, coordination and maintenance of related- and 3rd party prices.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent. Availability of CIMA / ACCA / MBA or other international financial qualifications is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning or commercial finance at managerial level.
- Proven expertise in leading teams or cross-functional / cross-country projects.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends, and commercial cycles of FMCG companies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize deep knowledge of details to clear, simple summaries, communicate and present complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Proficiency in financial performance modelling, Excel, Power Point, Power BI and other innovative planning and reporting tools
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English, Russian is a plus.
