Key Accounts Manager Estonia

 

 
Position:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for growing JTI business including OCC, SOM, share of shelves as well as for planning, development and implementation of current business strategy in major key accounts.

 


Responsibilities:


•    Accounts/Channel Strategy development and alignment: develop midterm strategy for major  accounts based on deep analysis of tobacco market
•    Budgets development and control: prepare and propose funds for trade allowances, activations, investments into new equipment, different incentive plans etc.
•    Negotiation: plan, prepare, align and lead negotiation with major accounts
•    Compliance: Ensure agreement implementation and its compliance with defined terms and conditions and  JTI standards

 

 
Requirements


•    Minimum of 3 years FMCG experience in key account/sales management level
•    Established track record of achievement versus target and proven commercial success in category management execution.
•    Higher Education in Economics or Business Management.
•    Fluent in English and Estonian (written & spoken). Russian would be a plus. 
•    Skilled in negotiations, planning, budgeting and relationships building. 
•    Excellent communication, cooperation (teamwork) and presentation skills.
