Digital Solution Associate Manager
The incumbent will support the Digital Strategy Lead by building, owning, and continuously improving consumer-centric digital platforms that turn digital strategy into scalable, secure solutions for the RRP category. The role focuses on hands-on platform design, technical development, and execution, translating global and local business goals into clear deployment roadmaps. Working with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and agencies, the incumbent acts as the solution owner, balancing strategic direction with practical delivery in a regulated environment.
As Digital Solution Associate Manager, you will:
- Build, launch, and own consumer-focused digital platforms across key touchpoints, translating user journey and UX needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Ensure the platforms are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business goals.
- Support the design and deployment of technical solutions, including platform architecture, system integration, and MarTech tools such as CMS, CRM, and CDP. Work closely with IT, global teams, and agencies to ensure secure, compliant, and well-integrated platform releases.
- Translate global digital strategy and business priorities into clear local execution plans, supporting agile pilots and platform launches while adapting solutions to local needs within governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver aligned digital solutions, serving as the key liaison between global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Track digital platform performance and convert data and user feedback into business insights to drive continuous optimization across the consumer journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and tools, including CMS, CRM, CDP, and the broader MarTech ecosystem
- Solid knowledge of system integration concepts, data flows, APIs, and platform scalability
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with digital analytics and performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Experience or exposure to Agile methodologies, SaaS and cloud-based solutions
- Technical knowledge of HTML, MySQL, REST APIs, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills; native Mandarin proficiency required
