People & Culture Supervisor (Talent Management & Employee Relations)

 

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with JTI Taiwan’s business objectives. This includes driving initiatives across performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and culture shaping. The role requires deriving insights from data, leading projects from assessment to execution, and delivering key People & Culture programs. The incumbent collaborates across all functions and markets, engaging with business and functional leaders to support organizational change and build future-ready talent in a dynamic environment.

 

As People & Culture Supervisor (Talent Management & Employee Relations), you will: 

  • Design and implement data-driven talent strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals, foster cultural transformation, and support long-term organizational growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are strategically integrated across the business.
  • Create and deliver learning programs to build workforce capabilities, with a focus on identifying and nurturing high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, evaluations, feedback, and coaching. Develop succession plans to maintain a strong internal talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and committee facilitation, including labor-management relations. Cultivate a positive workplace culture through proactive relationship management.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in recruitment, working with global teams and external vendors to fulfill hiring needs and manage headcount planning in alignment with business priorities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability in project management and data analysis.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws
