Field Marketing Advisor

This position is responsible for General Trade and Convenience Store outlets visitation to execute Trade Marketing activities at POP to support brand initiatives such as brand/program communication, availability and visibility compliance and management. The FMA is also responsible for territory management to identify business/selling opportunities for field marketing program execution. 

As the Field Marketing Advisor, you will: 

• Visits GT/CVS outlets in responsible territory and well executes the Trade Marketing activities. 
• Ensures the product availability & visibility compliance of pre-defined portfolio at outlet level. FMA also solves out-of-stock issues timely by exchanging or reallocating product if necessary.
• Responsible for own territory management including collecting market information, understanding outlet characteristics, shopper profile and identifying business opportunity.
• Initiating bottom-up field marketing program by cooperating with FMC (Field Marketing Coordinator) and TPSR (Trade Partner Sales Rep.) based on market needs to increase JTI sales.
• In-charge of TPSR monthly KPI audit to ensure TPSR's market operation comply with JTI direction.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 to 3 years of Sales Experience (B2B or B2C)
• Hold valid driver's license of vehicle.
• Fluent in Chinese, Taiwanese, and English
• Good command of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
