Reporting to: Trade Digital Solution Associate Manager
Trade Digital Solution Officer
Trade Digital Solution team workstream involve digital strategy planning, digital platform management, and operational/administrative tasks. Since we have new global initiatives and new global platforms to maintain, we need a new headcount to lead above additional platforms/projects.
This position will support Trade Digital Solution team with all related projects/tasks under the supervision of the workstream owners.
As the Trade Digital Solution Officer you will:
- Project management
- Lead global or local projects to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring planned schedule with vendors to ensure project quality and facilitate project go live in a timely manner.
- Optimized routine processes and delegate to 3rd party vendor or find other alternatives to reduce JTI manual maintenance effort.
- Global or Local platform maintenance & enhancement
- Handle new function development and function adjustment from multiple users
- Support related SOP establish/change for digital platform management
- Be in charge of platform UI/UX improvement.
- Assist new function launches with communication design, training arrangement, and post-go live support plan.
- Data driven implementation
- Support BI platform management, eg. work with cross function teams to create/adjust reports, devise data exchange approach among different systems.
- Analyze company data to deliver actionable insights and help to implement them.
- Issue & bug management
- Processing users’ complaints and issues and log them for future reference.
- Liaising with team to find the best solutions to users’ issues
- Immediately raising serious complaints or issues
- Identifying common problems and advancing them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
- Obtaining and sharing user feedback with team and provide improvement based on those issues.
- Administration management
- Support department documentation, internal initiatives, and ad-hoc assignment from line manager. Update status to the line manager in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree holder
- At least 4 years of working experience including 2 years in software development industry is a plus
- Experience of system integration, system migration, CDP, and Digital platform maintenance etc.
- Experience of designing API, DB, system, function etc.
- Digital KPI tracking, measurement, analysis, and improvement.
- Partnership among multi-national teams
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Well organized, detail oriented, and have ownership
- Logical thinking and cross team communication skills
- Hands on programming, DB design, SQL is a plus
- Good at MS office tools, eg. PPT, Excel, Word etc.
- Familiar with project management, digital solution design and implementation
- Tackle problem independently and efficiently
