Communications Coordinator
The incumbent will support internal and leadership communications, employee engagement, and community volunteering initiatives to strengthen JTI Taiwan’s corporate reputation. They will coordinate media events, manage daily media monitoring, and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to build trust. Additionally, they will collaborate across teams to deliver effective communication campaigns and provide company-wide communications support as needed.
As Communications Coordinator, you will:
- Lead initiatives and volunteer communications that foster pride, purpose, and stronger employee commitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver communication campaigns that strengthen teamwork and company spirit.
- Provide ongoing communications support across the organization, ensuring clear and effective messaging to leaders and management.
- Support the execution of high‑quality media stakeholder engagement initiatives to strengthen trust and enhance JTI Taiwan’s reputation.
- Maintain daily media monitoring reports and provide timely alerts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Event Planning, or Public Relations
- Preferred background in PR agencies or multinational companies
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English (oral and written)
- Strong event planning and management skills
- Proficient in digital communication; video production experience is an advantage
