Brand Equity Supervisor
The role will be responsible for the stewardship of the brand equity within JTI portfolio, and is accountable for delivering the brand's profit, volume, and equity objectives. Brand Equity Supervisor will deliver brand plans, initiate NPL and ad hoc product/packaging projects by working closely with cross-team stakeholders to ensure all developments are in line with brand strategy.
As the Brand Equity Supervisor you will:
- Strengthen share of market and equity for responsible brand in Taiwan. Drive portfolio strategy; assess new product opportunities; identify focus areas to achieve growth goals.
- Define brand portfolio, distribution, and communication strategy for Annual & Strategic Plan; Execute brand plans within defined budget.
- Close cooperation with Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure optimal and timely brand activation support.
- Develop and implement new product launches, closely cooperating with regional R&D, HQ Brand Groups, GSC, GBS, and other internal functions.
- Closely cooperate with SI team to analyze consumer behavior and look for insight through researches to identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree diploma or equivalent recommended (preferably Statistics or Engineering).
- At least 5 year of relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales function.
- Cross-cultural experience, good knowledge in marketing & strategic planning.
- Strong executional skills and in-depth knowledge of marketing standards.
- Fluent both in English and Mandarin.
- Good writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications and operations.
