Business & Strategic Insights Supervisor
The incumbent leads RRP performance reporting across all levels, engages cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, and supports strategic decision-making through performance measurement and ROI analysis. They drive consumer, brand, and product research, translate business needs into actionable studies, and deliver insights to management. The role also enhances planning processes and partners with BI to automate and visualize key insights, with additional ad-hoc projects assigned as needed.
As a Business & Strategic Insights Supervisor, you will:
- Manage and drive RRP performance reporting at local, regional, and global levels by actively engaging cross‑functional stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps and identify opportunities based on objective data and insights.
- Collaborate with SI team members on PEM and the Commercial Engine Framework, partnering with other touchpoint owners to consult and engage on performance measurement, ROI analysis, and quantitative methods that objectively address business challenges.
- Work with SI colleagues to lead consumer, brand, and product research in the RRP category. Translate management’s research needs into effective study designs, proactively coordinate with third‑party agencies to refine and execute required studies, and generate insights that deliver commercially sound analysis and recommendations to management.
- Partner with the SI Lead and planning team to strengthen the planning process by clearly documenting assumptions, growth drivers, and key discussion points. Collaborate with BI to visualize and automate processes and insights where appropriate.
- Support other ad‑hoc projects as assigned by the SI Lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational FMCG or e‑commerce industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation
- Advanced Excel skills; foundational knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential
