Reporting to: APAC WH & Log. Director

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation activities, and inventory control processes.
• Prepare and support daily and monthly operational reporting, including variance analysis and reporting inputs for management review through TM1.
• Coordinate and oversee 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring service levels, productivity, and accuracy targets are achieved.
• Monitor warehouse KPI performance and escalate recurring operational or contractual issues with service providers.
• Support compliance with local regulations and JTI standards related to safety, quality, and security.
• Monitor safety performance and ensure incidents are properly reported, investigated, and followed through.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, RTM, Finance, and warehouse partners to support operational planning and issue resolution.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support the implementation of Warehouse Excellence standards and initiatives.
• Monitor energy consumption and support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives within warehouse operations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Experience managing or working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines, particularly to Taguig City (Head Office), Laguna and Cebu as required.
