Line Manager: ServiceNow Development Team Manager,
Role Location: Taguig City
SERVICENOW DEVELOPMENT ANALYST MANAGER
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow applications used across JTI’s GBS and Corporate Functions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with platform best practices and JTI architecture standards. This role combines hands‑on ServiceNow development with technical leadership and oversight of external developers.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from end users and IT teams, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications in line with platform best practices and JTI standards
- Ensure consistency, standardization, and quality across ServiceNow applications in the assigned area
- Deliver complete technical and system documentation prior to Go‑Live and actively contribute to Knowledge Base content
- Oversee and guide a small team of external ServiceNow developers to maximize delivery quality and performance
- Provide technical support for incidents, enhancements, and maintenance activities, including data maintenance and access configuration
- Coordinate closely with IT and business stakeholders during both project and run operations
- Proactively assess technology trends and business demand to identify opportunities to expand and optimize ServiceNow capabilities
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive continuous improvement actions
What We're Looking For:
- University degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
- Solid experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployments
- Strong hands‑on expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including administration and Workspace configuration
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, WSD, or SPM is a strong advantage
- Proven experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations
- Good understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to leading or coordinating a small team is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
