SDC BTP & Integration Manager

The SDC Data & Integration team designs, develops, and supports enterprise integration solutions that connect SAP and non-SAP applications across cloud and on-premise environments. The team is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable integration services using SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP Business Technology Platform capabilities. It also supports data extraction, conversion, and migration activities while partnering with functional teams, SAP Security, SAP Basis, architects, project teams, and external partners. In addition, the team promotes modern integration practices, including API-led and event-driven architectures, to support digital transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.

As an SDC BTP & Integration Manager, you will:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration / SAP PO, SAP Integration Suite, and related SAP BTP services.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration platforms and services.
• Lead data extraction, conversion, and integration activities by identifying relevant data, local applications, statutory requirements, and business requirements for migration and system implementation initiatives.
• Provide technical solutions and advisory support for integrating new systems across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration and data solutions aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, performance, scalability, maintainability, compliance, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, functional stakeholders, SAP Security, SAP Basis, solution architects, and external partners to deliver integration capabilities that support business initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Promote the adoption of modern integration capabilities, including API-led architectures, event-driven integration patterns, messaging technologies, asynchronous communication, and emerging SAP BTP services.
• Lead technical initiatives, coordinate cross-functional delivery activities, and provide guidance on complex integration requirements and platform-related concerns.
• Mentor consultants and technical team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, capability development, and continuous improvement activities.
• Recruit, motivate, and support the professional development of direct and indirect team members, where applicable.
• Manage additional technical initiatives, operational activities, and projects based on evolving business priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of overall experience across Information Technology (IT) disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience working in multinational environments with exposure to enterprise system implementation, integration, and support.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP integration services, particularly SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and cloud integration capabilities.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, and SAP Business Technology Platform, with non-SAP applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior consultants, and promote knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP integration services, API-led integration, enterprise integration patterns, messaging technologies, and asynchronous communication.
• Knowledge of SAP Process Integration and Process Orchestration, including hybrid integration landscapes, is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of integration governance, platform security, and compliance requirements for enterprise integration environments.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration and data solutions.
• Exposure to AI-enabled integration scenarios, agentic architectures, and modern SAP BTP innovation services is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strategic, collaborative, and accountable technology leader who can take ownership, focus on business value, welcome challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
