Projects and Integration Manager

The role supports the Senior Manager and Director within the Projects & Integration team by formalizing, executing, coordinating, and overseeing the Business Integration Program, which covers the transition of business services into the GBS scope of activities. In addition, the role manages the execution of global strategic projects focused on process transformation. The Projects & Integration Manager applies PMO methodology to define deliverables, resource requirements, quality metrics, and work plans for assigned projects, working closely and collaboratively with individual project leads and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

As the Projects and Integration Manager in the area of Delivery Excellence - Projects & Intergation, you will do the following:

1.) Support the refinement, formalization, and documentation of the Business Integration program for GBS, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company strategy. This includes coordinating SAP integration for non-SAP entities and those joining the GBS service portfolio, driving process integration resulting from these changes, and managing future transitions of services from business units to GBS locations.

2.) Apply the PMO framework to all initiatives to ensure effective management and delivery. This includes defining scope and objectives, identifying deliverables and critical success factors, planning detailed tasks and resources, and clearly allocating roles and responsibilities. The role also involves planning change management activities, providing regular status updates to the management team to ensure timely execution, identifying benefits and establishing mechanisms for tracking their realization, and maintaining alignment among key stakeholders throughout the process.

3.) Independently manage strategic projects based on business priorities, ensuring timely and successful delivery. These projects may span areas such as continuous improvement, process harmonization, and technological transformation. Familiarity with one of the core GBS functions—Finance, GSC, People & Culture, or Marketing & Sales—would be an advantage. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, driving problem-solving, and ensuring business continuity for ongoing initiatives.

4.) Act as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues, supporting their growth and development while contributing to the creation of a functional training program focused on project management and agility. Identify training and development needs, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services by fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing projects in a large multinational organization, particularly in transformation initiatives (systems, processes, business)
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in project and performance management, with solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (ability to apply and follow established practices)
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders toward shared goals, with a proven track record of independently managing in a matrix environment
  • Open-minded and positive, with a focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities for change and improvement
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and fostering collaborative discussions
  • Effective communicator, capable of presenting information in a clear and structured way
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate risks effectively

What to expect?

  • Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
