People & Culture Business Partner - GBS

The People & Culture Business Partner Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The role provides expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, talent management, organizational design, rewards, employee relations, and change management.

As the P&C Business Partner in GBS Manila, you will: 

• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.

• Lead talent management processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and strategic workforce decisions.

• Advise stakeholders on organizational design, rewards, compensation, job evaluations, and change management to ensure alignment with business objectives and people strategy.

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor compliance, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and complex employee matters while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

• Champion a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, relocations, and offboarding.

• Leverage people insights and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend actions that strengthen organizational capability, engagement, and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, GRP, HRBP) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, or Talent Management.
• Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including organizational design, rewards, talent management, learning and development, and workforce planning.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations, with experience managing employee relations and compliance matters.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate, influence, negotiate, and build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
