  • Mandatory advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data models) with strong experience in cleaning, validating, and consolidating data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong understanding of IT contract models (MSA, SOW, T&M, Fixed Price, Licensing) with the ability to interpret terms to ensure accurate operational tracking of timesheets, invoicing, and expenditure classification etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operational relationships with IT vendors and contractors, enforcing onboarding/offboarding, timesheet, expense, and compliance processes aligned with internal policies and service agreements.
  • Experience with Power BI and low-code platforms (Power Automate / Power Apps) to develop dashboards, automate workflows, and proactively streamline inefficient operational processes.
