Customer Service Specialist (Temporary) 

 

Are you passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering excellent service? Join JTI GBS Manila as a Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for our global markets over a 12-month period. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to service excellence across JTI’s business network.

What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Process and manage Customer Service transactions: Including daily and month-end deliverables, while tracking and resolving customer and Supply Chain Management (SCM) inquiries. 

  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to JTI’s Global Operating Guidelines, policies, and procedures, and execute J-SOX controls with accuracy and timeliness. 

  • Analyze and improve processes: Prepare high-quality reports and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance efficiency within the team. 

  • Collaborate and support: Work closely with other process teams, assist on projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives across GBS. 

  • Deliver service excellence: Develop a strong understanding of assigned markets, build relationships with stakeholders, and provide expert support on customer service-related matters. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order-to-cash, or finance operations within a shared services or multinational environment. 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP (HANA or ECC/APO preferred). 

  • Experience in logistics processes such as inventory management, warehousing, or export documentation is an advantage. 

  • Detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.
