Mobility Specialist

 

The Mobility Specialist plays a key role in organizing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the expatriate services management process. This position ensures full compliance with the company’s global mobility policies, local labor and immigration laws, and internal practices. The incumbent is also responsible for the governance and delivery of Mobility Destination Services for inbound and outbound moves to and from GBS Manila.

 

As a Mobility Specialist in the area of People & Culture, you will: 

 

  • Serve as the main contact for assignees, managing end-to-end relocation and repatriation support.Coordinate all aspects of international mobility, including immigration, housing, schooling, and settling-in services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, global mobility standards, and local regulations, providing clear guidance to assignees.
  • Manage immigration and labor documentation, maintaining accurate records and supporting annual reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver smooth, timely assignment execution.
  • Oversee destination services in Manila, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement of employee experience.
  • Handle budgets and vendor contracts in strict compliance with company policies and controls.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or HR operations.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Strong understanding of labor, immigration, and expatriate compliance in the Philippines and internationally; Experience working with relocation vendors and immigration providers; understanding of employee life cycle processes
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex mobility cases. Conflict resolution skills and high level of resilience. Impecable attention to details and diligence with official documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and SAP HR experience is a plus
