Master Data Specialist (Temporary)

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant master data, with a strong focus on Material Master Data, Price Maintenance, and Purchase Info Records (PIR). The role supports daily operations in SAP S/4HANA, ensures data quality and compliance, and contributes to process improvement initiatives within Global Data Services.

As the Master Data Specialist in JTI GBS Manila, you will:

• Manage the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data, Price Maintenance, Purchase Info Records (PIR), and other master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Review and validate master data requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and SLAs.
• Perform JSOX and operational controls, maintain data integrity, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support daily master data operations across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate master data processes.
• Support projects, reporting activities, and other tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on experience in Material Master Data, Price Maintenance, and Purchase Info Records (PIR).
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance controls.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environment is an advantage.
