Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist
 
This role is essential for providing accurate insights that help partners achieve business goals and targets. By ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and performing quality checks, the specialist ensures that the data used for decision-making is reliable and actionable.
 
As the M&S Reporting Specialist in GBS Manila, you will be responsible for:
  • Generating and analyzing reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help partners create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets.
  • Ensuring completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Attending and representing the M&S Reporting Team during meetings for discussions of projects statuses, updates, and per business need.
  • Aiding Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests
  • Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
  • Performing quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
  • 1-3 years in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center, or related industry.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with Marketing Directors/SI managers.
  • Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Power BI (Developer background) - beginner to intermediate level (creating DAX measures, building dashboards). 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

Nice to Have:

  • Skills in Automation/Macro/SAP/SQL.
  • Experience with Nielsen/Ipsos/MSAI
