Marketing & Sales Master Data Expert (Temporary)

As an M&S Master Data Expert, you will document and improve master data and operational processes in Signavio, ensuring process documentation is standardized, accurate, and up to date across systems such as RADRS, SAP, and Tracker. You will work closely with global stakeholders to translate operations into structured process models while supporting governance, consistency, and continuous improvement in documentation practices.

As an M&S Master Data Expert, in the area of Global Data Services, you will:

• Translate team operations and workflows into clear, structured process models using Signavio.
• Ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance with agreed process modeling guidelines.
• Maintain and regularly update process documentation to reflect changes in systems and operations (e.g., RADRS, SAP, Tracker).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process inputs and convert them into accurate and user-friendly documentation.
• Identify process gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support process governance by promoting best practices, usability, and transparency across documentation.

What We Need From You

You’ll ideally have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, or Statistics) with at least 1 year of experience in FMCG/tobacco, including exposure to Nielsen data, consumer trackers, and product definitions.
• Strong understanding of product portfolios (JTI and competitors) across Combustibles and RRP, with ability to interpret and structure data into usable insights.
• Solid knowledge of data structures and databases, with capability to translate operational processes (RADRS, SAP, Tracker) into clear, structured process documentation.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, including identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and convert inputs into structured, standardized documentation.
