  • Design and facilitate impactful learning interventions while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts when needed
  • .Build and maintain learning frameworks, competency-based development programs, and training profiles for critical roles.
  • Introduce innovative and practical learning solutions that support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and talent growth.
  • Measure program effectiveness using data, feedback, and learning analytics, and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in learning initiatives.
  • Enable and coach people managers to actively support employee development, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Manage learning-related budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Coaching, or related certification is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Experience managing end-to-end learning programs, leadership development initiatives, or capability-building projects within a complex organization.
  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment and Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, ACE, or similar continuous improvement and capability-building frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of competency-based development, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced Excel; exposure to data analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong confidentiality ethics, and a results-oriented mindset.

What to Expect?

  • At JTI, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning and development agenda for our Batangas Factory, partnering directly with leaders and employees to build the capabilities that drive business performance.
  • This is a manager-level individual contributor role offering end-to-end ownership of learning and talent development initiatives. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to influence capability building across the organization. You'll gain exposure to leadership development, organizational capability building, talent management, and manufacturing excellence while delivering visible business impact.
  • If you're looking for a role where you can influence senior stakeholders, drive meaningful change, and own programs from concept to execution without managing a large team, this is a unique opportunity to grow as a trusted learning partner within a global organization.
