Key Accounts Specialist
 
Responsible for the partnership management with national key accounts to ensure JTI’s competitiveness within the channels of convenience stores, supermarkets, 3rd party e-commerce and/or specialized tobacconist. Collaborate closely with rest of Marketing & Sales to identify areas of opportunities and formulate action plans to grow account performance.
 

What you will do:

  • Responsible in the development of national accounts within assigned channel grou
  • Collaborate closely with wider Marketing & Sales team in identifying growth opportunities, and develop and implement relevant account initiatives to drive commercial delivery of assigned account
  • Ensure profitable account investment considering trading term investment, other contractual investment and program-related spend.
  • Lead negotiation within assigned accounts involving offtake volume delivery, distribution and visibility to achieve set objectives
  • Ensure optimal inventory level across route to consumer (account warehouse, point-of-sale, shelf level)
  • Ensure excellent fulfilment level and proactively probe accuracy of Purhase Orders (PO) submitted by assigned accounts, and joint forecasting with account based on offtake performance
  • Proactively have measures to ensure satisfactory point-of-sale (POS) execution, in line with agreed terms with accounts within assigned accounts
  • Ensure account receivables (AR) health and effective credit management of assigned accounts- Conduct trade check from time to time in identifying opportunities to improve operations and drive
  • Collaboration with external agencies to ensure POS execution at satisfactory level

 

What we look for: 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, channel management, account management and/or customer development
  • Proven record in commercial, sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog
