Field Force Capability Analyst
The Field Force Capability Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining field force capability and training-related data to support business decisions, capability initiatives, and performance improvement across the sales organization. The role serves as the primary custodian of training databases, learning management systems, training trackers, and capability reporting tools while providing analytical insights that help enhance field force effectiveness.
This position also plays a critical role in the administration and calculation of sales incentives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Field Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Planning, Finance, and People & Culture to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective incentive program execution. The incumbent combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder collaboration to support capability development and business performance.
As a Field Force Capability Analyst, you will:
- Manage and maintain field force capability data, including training trackers, training databases, learning management systems, and consolidated training schedules.
- Serve as the primary custodian of training-related information, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and analyses related to field force capability initiatives, training effectiveness, and business performance.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales incentive achievements and provide recommendations based on performance trends.
- Coordinate with Field Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Planning, Finance, and People & Culture to collect data required for incentive computation.
- Prepare and validate monthly incentive calculations while monitoring budget utilization and program effectiveness.
- Support final incentive-related pay computations for resigned and terminated employees in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the capability team, including procurement requests, budget monitoring, onboarding support, and coordination of team requirements.
- Act as a backup resource and provide operational support to Capability Specialists and capability team initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, reporting, analytics, or business support functions.
- Experience in data interpretation, analysis, and generating business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong data organization, database management, and reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sales operations, sales capability, learning administration, training coordination, or incentive management is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
