Employee Life Cycle Associate

The Employee Life Cycle Associate ensures efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Targets. The incumbent is responsible for providing quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 

As Employee Life Cycle Associate, you will be responsible for the following:

Employee Lifecycle Support. Provide end-to-end services, ensuring professional, timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and requests. Responsibilities include processing requests via ServiceNow following SOPs, validating data and documents, maintaining organizational structures in SAP HR, preparing contracts and letters, maintaining lifecycle events in HR and payroll systems, and ensuring payroll readiness. Additionally, support employee access to applications, benefits enrollment, program updates, and release communications related to P&C processes. Generate reports using defined standards and templates.

SOPs and related Documents Updates: Update working documents and procedures whenever changes occur

MyJTI Support. Provide advisory support to employees on using MyJTI effectively for service requests. Capture user feedback and share it with power users to drive system improvements and enhance efficiency.

Telephony support. Receive calls from Local P&C/Employees via the telephony system, as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree
  • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years in a multinational organization; SAP HR experience preferred. Administrative experience is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Basic MS Office proficiency; SAP CRM knowledge and familiarity with Winshuttle or design tools (Photoshop/Paint) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of processes and Organizational Management principles.
  • Customer service mindset, cross-cultural sensitivity, excellent team player, open-minded, flexible; GBS-related certification (e.g., Certified GBS Professionals Program) is an advantage.
