Data Solutions Analyst (IT Business Solutions Analyst)

As an IT Business Solutions Analusyt, you will:

• Act as a key point of contact between business teams and IT, understanding needs and aligning them with available solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to identify improvements and opportunities across existing applications and systems
• Conduct business requirements analysis, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
• Support the rollout and localization of centralized systems across markets, including planning, coordination, and execution activities
• Assist in project delivery and system enhancements, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Utilize available low-code tools and system integrations to deliver short-term or incremental solutions
• Monitor and support system performance, ensuring applications are stable, reliable, and compliant with company standards
• Support incident and problem management activities to minimize business disruption and ensure continuity of operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and external providers) to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions
• Contribute to IT governance, standards, and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to support business efficiency and transformation
• Explore emerging technologies and trends to support innovation and continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT, data, analytics, or related roles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
• Exposure to system implementation, application support, or project delivery
• Good understanding of business requirements analysis and problem solving
• Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and business processes
• Exposure to solution design and system architecture concepts (e.g., integration, scalability)
• Familiarity with at least one or more of the following areas:
  
  • Data and analytics (reporting, data modeling, databases)
  • ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory or similar)
  • Data platforms such as data lakes or similar environments
• Experience supporting project implementation, system rollout, or enhancements
• Exposure to vendor or supplier coordination is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
