DES Market Success Manager

 

The Market Success Manager will be responsible for the successful support and adoption of digital consumer solutions in the markets or global teams, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations and effective execution, as well as raising and following up risks and mitigations required for successful adoption. The role will act as liaison between Business functions and IT delivery teams, as well as coordinating with other IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and budget agreed plans. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.

 

As a DES Market Success Manager, in the area of D&IT, you will:

 

•    Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumer processes and solutions, ensuring strong end user adoption. Build relationships with customers to understand needs and priorities; deliver timely, high quality solutions that help users leverage the full potential of the application.
•    Analyze incoming requests from the demand funnel for feasibility within the standard application and assess impacts at global vs. local levels.
•    Coordinate and conduct application testing (support packages, releases, new functionality, and configurations) in close collaboration with QA and technical teams. Ensure smooth communication and governance regarding Marketing & Sales technology initiatives.
•    Design business processes; perform/coordinate configuration with external parties; execute unit testing.
•    Maintain clear documentation; define and roll out standards/templates; support training of key users and ensure effective knowledge transfer from external consultants.
•    Ensure successful execution of assigned market rollouts and ongoing support activities. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned markets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of DES features, components, and services. Maintain accurate documentation such as meeting logs, tenant information, and operational details


Requirements:

 

•    University degree or equivalent experience in digital, IT, or related fields.
•    Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, or similar role involving digital solutions.
•    Hands-on familiarity with CMS platforms, eCommerce back-end systems, and other digital tools.
•    Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
•    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
