Recruitment Process:
1. Application Submission

2. CV Screening
Our Talent Attraction team will review submitted profiles against the qualifications required for the available roles.
3. Initial Talent Attraction Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited for a short screening interview to assess role fit, experience, and alignment.
4. Open House Invitation
Candidates who pass the initial screening interview will receive an invitation to attend our Open House Recruitment Day on May 29.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates typically have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Relevant work experience aligned to one or more listed openings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Adaptability and learning agility
- Experience using systems or tools relevant to their area of expertise
- Willingness to work under business-required schedules, including rotational shifts when applicable
