Role Location: Taguig, Metro Manila

Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices. You will manage AP transactions, support month-end closing, and contribute to process improvements that keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is your opportunity to build hands-on experience in a dynamic, global shared services environment.

What You'll Do:

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
• Manage document handling, archiving, and compliance with JTI policies
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare routine reports
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline AP processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets and teams

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in accounts payable or shared services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
• Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and SAP or similar ERP systems
• Positive, flexible, and proactive mindset with good teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
