Sales Systems Planning & Support Manager
Position purpose:
You will lead the development, operational planning, and ongoing management of all Sales Systems used by the Sales Force, with a primary focus on TME but extending to other key platforms. You will ensure these systems are optimized to support BNL’s business objectives and align with evolving sales strategies.
You will oversee the delivery of detailed Cycle Plans within TME, ensuring each plan includes clear, actionable activities that drive sales efficiency.
You will serve as the central liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the smooth operation of all BNL Sales Systems, including TME and related processes. This will include communicating system updates, managing user expectations, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
You will oversee and drive the execution of Sales Force territory reorganizations within the relevant Sales Systems, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation of changes.
You will regularly review and assess the performance of Sales Systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and development, and creating appropriate business cases.
You will proactively seek out innovations and improvements that align with business goals, ensuring that all systems continue to evolve in support of a dynamic Sales Force.
What will you do – responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of expertise for the Sales Systems (e.g., TME, ConneXus, Eyefound IT, Power BI reporting), including the TME lead for the 3 Benelux Markets. TME is the suite that combines the CRM program used by the Field Force:
- 1st line support for TME Connect app (Field force).
- 1st line support for Siebel Sales related issues.
- Incidents are logged in IT service portal and followed up with Central Team.
- Release testing (during release testing, bugs are reported to and followed up with Cental Team)
- End user training an localization of documentation
- Change Request Management (collaborate with stakeholders to collect change requests and develop comprehensive documentation. Liaise with technical teams to ensure all requests are clearly understood and accurately documented new requirements are requested and documented in IT service Portal)
POWER BI. Responsible for the Power BI Sales reporting including:
- 1st line support for Power BI data users.
- Release testing
- Use Access Control
- Change request Management
- First line support for users running reports and dashboards
- Create Dashboards for Back-office users and Sales team
Territory Management:
- When full territory reorganisations are required due to evolving business needs, you will lead the operational planners to ensure the comprehensive update process across the entire TME Database.
- This involves detailed coordination of tasks within the team to minimize disruptions and ensure uninterrupted access to TME
Interfaces: Ownership of Sales systems interfaces (New or changes are managed by IT). Uploading data using regular interfaces via defined tools/application
Systems expertise: As the point of expertise for Sales Systems including TME, you will regularly be involved in cross functional projects to share your Sales Systems knowledge and full understanding of Benelux markets Business processes
New projects/continious improvement
- Regularly review and assess the performance of Sales Systems, identifying opportunities for optimisation and development.
- You will proactively seek out innovations and improvements that align with business goals, ensuring that all systems continue to evolve in support of a dynamic sales force
EYEFOUNDIT app (Competitor activities monitoring app)
- Maintenance of the Products, Accounts and Categories in the Back-Office environment
- Setup of new users in the system
- Maintenance of the reports in Power BI
Ad-hoc project supporting the Commercial planning team and being a key team player
Who are we looking for – requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Accountability, Coaching, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Influencing, Relationship Building, Team Player
- Fluent English is a must and Dutch or French is an advantage
